Every deer I've killed with a bow was with an arrow weighing between 350-450 grains. The only one that got away was a 325 grain arrow not tuned well and broke when it hit him in the shoulder. Going down the comments it looks like a lot of guys are in that same 385-450 grain range. Which is where a .300 diameter hunting arrow cut 28" and a 100gr broadhead should weight. Give or take a little here or there. This year I am hunting with Victory VAPS, using a Deep 6 insert and Muzzy Trocar 100gr. heads. They weigh 362 grains. Exactly the same amount as my 3D arrows so I can interchange sights if needed.
