The HDX rest on my wife's Carbon Element started to malfunction, it would not stay in the "arrow capture" position. The archery shop that I bought it from recently burnt to the ground with no plans to rebuild. I contacted QAD for answers and they told me that while they typically send customers to local pro shops for service, the nearest QAD dealer to me was 30+ miles and that was to far to drive and an inconvenience. They gave me an RA# and told me to send it to them so they could fix it! Got the package back from them yesterday and when I opened it, it was not the rest I had sent in for repair but a brand new one free of charge. Top notch customer service in my opinion and if my Limbdriver Pro V ever needs replacing, it will probably be a QAD!!!
