Last year was my first year actually hunting them with calls and sets and would have killed one if the shell wasn’t a dud ( my luck )but it did put a spark in me to do it again besides when I’m in the deer stand . Bow hunting them while In the stand they have embarrassed me so many times !!!

Yeah they are sneaky and always on high allert. I have stuck a few from the stand but have missed more than hit. I love coyote hunting once I filled my buck tag. Hard animals to call in seems they get smarter each year.

This is my prize dog. I have some tanned and a full mount of my first called in kill. The black yotes are sweet. We don't have many around here. But when I do get one it will get mounted.

Calling yotes is my other passion the rest of the year. Stepped up to NV last year definitely a game changer. They are light shy around my area and very wary, Iv never called one across a open field during the day.
