Looks great. What did you plant?

Turnips and brassicas. As well mixed in some small bags of some fall blend.

Food plot rookie. Due to lack of time spent around home I won't be able to put seed down until at best a week from today. Is there anything that I should stay away from or gravitate towards as far as what I plant? I was hoping to do frigid forage big-n-beasty.

That's one of the seeds I planted bear, but it's also my first go at it. We got it in before 4+ inches of rain came through.

Yeah I plan to wait until rain is likely, have good chance everyday next week according to TWC. I can't find anything about soil temps on this product, but I think I'll give it a go and see how it turns out.

You will be fine still on planting, well depending on how far north you are. Fertilize with something high in Nitrogen and with some rain it will explode out of the ground

If you are working soil fertilize right before you till it up. If leaving it on the surface, you will want to do it when a good rain is coming. Especially with Nitrogen it will dissipate on surface within 24-36 hours if hot and dry out. (I'm talking about bagged fertilizer not manure) Good luck and happy hunting
